Outstanding lamps and beautiful design objects by Pulpo

I first got to meet Pulpo at Maison & Objet some years ago and was really happy to use some of their furniture, big trio table in white and a set of chiara tables around the couch and a few of their Oda lamps. Made out of a hand-blown glass body, and resting on a semicircle steel undercarriage the lamps, designed by Sebastian Herknerspread a beautiful light and were a real eye catcher together with the many plants in the atrium.

These lamps, mixed with plants in an square atrium was my first idea and despite the changes of the size of the stand and placing the atrium to the back wall instead of freestanding I am glad I stayed with the idea, I believe first ideas are always the best don’t you think!

At the fair Pulpo presented their collection in a minimalistic setting with small sections with a mirrored base and shiny silver curtains.

In the picture above my own presentation, I so would have loved to take this beauty home with me, including the ‘Balancoir’ which looked so beautiful on the back wall. Ligne Roset is another favourite brand of mine from who I borrowed several items.
