TRAVEL | Det Lille Kaffekompaniet X A fairytale walk in the woods

We discovered the probably cutest little coffee spot in Bergen after a trip up to Mount Fløyen with the handy Bergen Card. Departing from a small station about five minutes from our hotel the funicular railway brought us to the top of the mountain and we had a beautiful 45 minutes walk downstairs through the wood.

It is a small trip that you can easily do in a few hours and I really loved to find another beautiful small street and this great coffee place after our walk back to the city centre.
Det Lille Kaffekompanie is, as we have been told,  the oldest coffee corner in town and maybe even the smallest, anyway we liked it and had a lovely coffee only, although I spotted some great looking cakes as well.

A kind of fairytale walk which brought back memories from our childhood and made us run down the hill while taking in all the fresh air and admiring the beautiful Norwegian nature and the panoramic view on Bergen.

On our last morning we tried to go to Ulriken643 where you are promised to have an even more spectacular view, but due the wind and rain it was closed, really happy though I visited Mount Fløyen.
