Kitchen inspiration

Left to right... 1: 'industrial looking table on the white floor (HK Living)2: This is just all perfect! (VT Wonen) 3: Some strong black elements and I love the white deck. .If I could I would make an iron framed kitchen wall (Jean-Marc Wullschlege) 4: The shelves are really cool with the black wall behind them.. and again a white floor. (?)

Saving pictures together in an album makes me realize what I really like.
My latest addiction is Printerest! I love my Pin It  button and when I see a picture I like it goes straight into my album. The pictures are all from my 'Kitchen inspiration' album and I think these are the kitchens I like most. Or have elements I like a lot!

Combining floors!  (Yves Bayard St Paul de Vence)
Another great kitchen with a light grey floor, I love the cabinets made out of reclaimed wood

This is a picture from a previous post I made about the home of Swedish Anders in Amsterdam.  AnoukB designed this wonderful place {More about it in this months Dutch magazine 101 woonideeen} Those who have seen my house might understand this picture is a great example for me When I walk from my living into my hall towards my kitchen  I look at this picture and imagine how my new and bigger kitchen could look like ;)

The shelves on the black wall remind me of picture 4 of 6 here: http://www.countryliving.com/homes/house-tours/cottage-of-many-colors?src=nl&mag=clg&list=nl_ccr_dpr_non_061711_cottage-of-many-colors&kw=ist#fbIndex4

If you'd use black chalkboard paint you can have more then one look.

Fijn weekend , groetjes Gea

I am in love with open cupboards that dispaly favorite plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc. It's pretty and gives a nice warm, homey feeling. Have a wonderful day ~ Alexandra

Pinterest IS an amazing tool - an I totally agree that it makes it so easy to collect inspiration and get a clear picture of what it is you are actually attracted to. So happy for pinterest =)

Your kitchen inspiration is really beautiful!

Love all of your choices Desiree.....but then, I would wouldn't I ? !!
I love the concrete and wooden floor and the beautiful window. I think that it is the light in these rooms that make them so desirable to me. Our Victorian house is quite dark ( as Victorian houses often are ) and I have to put up with that for the compromise of all of the original features......so, I am always envious of rooms with a lot of light.
Have a lovely weekend Desiree. XXXX

Ik zou niet kunnen kiezen. Een beetje wat van allemaal, maar voorlopig moet ik het nog maar met mijn eigen modelletje doen ook al is ze al aardig op leeftijd. Hoe was de bloggermeeting?

I love the light and feeling of the space. I have dreams for my "contractor" kitchen, in time.
Thanks for the inspiration.

Great kitchens! I like the way that Industrial is mixed with Homeley it gives a good balance and keeping it clean and white or neutal coloured makes it easier to add any art or colours for accessories or tables/chairs etc.

Industrial and home/minimalist it works well and the interiors look great! Designing a kitchen or decorating a kitchen is always hard as it is kind of the heart or center of the home.

What is this light grey FLOOR made of?
I mean what material is it???

Ryan Butt said...

SOMEOONE TELL ME PLEASE !!!

What is the FLOOR made of?
what material is it?
is it all marble?

vosges paris said...

@Ryan it is no marble I think it is either a concrete floor or a cast house floor!

Ryan Butt said...

@vosges paris

How if its concrete floor with light grey color.

then how did they made it light grey??
it also has reflections on it.

how can we do that?

vosges paris said...

@Ryan Buy some concrete paint in the right color. And then polish it I think..
