What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most online banking systems & Paypal

Can I amend my order once placed?

If you need to change any details please contact us immediately as, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Do you ship internationally?

All products can be shipped with PostNL, prices and delivery times may vary per location. We ship into the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. Living outside Europe please contact us if you want to place an order.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

We ship 2 times a week. Usually on Mondays and Thursdays. If you have a specific wish, for example to have a gift delivered quickly, you can always contact us. As soon as an item has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by email. We are not liable for delays at PostNL.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

If you have received your order, you have a statutory trial or cooling-off period of 14 days. Always register your returns via info@vosgesparis.com and state your name and order number.

Returns are at your own risk. Return everything in its original condition and packaging and include the packing slip.
Articles that have not been registered by email cannot be processed. We will ensure that your payment is refunded as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are for your own account. Custom made products or products that have been ordered especially for you cannot be returned.  

My purchase is damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

Send us an email as soon as possible at info@vosgesparis.com with photos so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
