DELIVERY

We select and ship our products with care and hope to give you a great experience. After receiving your order confirmation your items will be shipped within 3-4 working days.

We ship twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays for all orders inside Europe.

Shipping costs will be calculated on check out. For orders outside Europe please contact us for details and shipping costs at info@vosgesparis.com Please note that International deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at destination country and to be paid by you, the purchaser.

Some products are sent directly to you by the makers in Europe, if applicable, we will mention this with the relevant product.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us by email on info@vosgesparis.com You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs if it concerns a single item. If the item is part of an order with multiple items, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed! The costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on info@vosgesparis.com We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order. Returns should be sent to the return address stated on the parcel label.

Please enclose the received Packing slip!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in case your order is broken during the transportation. Please make sure to include a photo as proof to info@vosgesparis.com within 14 days after receiving your package.
