Palazzo Milanese from Vincenzo de Cotiis

Hello from a sunny Milan where I am enjoying Design week, great company and delicious food. Milan has some amazing old buildings and this home is the amazing 18th-century palazzo apartment of Italian architect and sculptor Vincenzo de Cotiis‘s in the heart of Milan.

No major changes were made when he took possession of the villa, and most of the work was to peel away all things that had been added by the previous owners over the years. A beautiful imperfect and raw villa with a beautiful colour pallet is what was beneath. I think it is amazing and a beautiful backdrop to Vincenzo’s tables and stools and the different unique furniture pieces. More about this apartment can be found here.
