An industrial loft & a stylist make an amazing home

Does I sound really silly if I tell you I was nearly as happy as Wendy and Jeroen, the owners of this Eindhoven home, when vtwonen tv revealed their loft, restyled by stylist Frans Uyterlinden. During the last 10 weeks Dutch interior magazine vtwonen went live on television. With the slogan ‘fall in love with your home again‘ each week another couple got a makeover of their home.

This week was the last episode and during the woonbeurs last month, Frans already told me about this loft situated in the former Philps building in Eindhoven and how he loved to do this challenge. The table in the picture above is another collaboration between vtwonen and combitexChairs from Vitra and the back to school chair by Zuiver I also bought for my own kitchen last week, where you can also find the same concrete bulbs designed by Tove Adman hanging from the rod above my table, I got them from Nordic Blends and so did vtwonen for this loft.

The table is a real statement in the open space and I love the combination of the chairs and the small bench by HK LivingOn the table various plates and cups with different monochrome motives. Like these 3 cups, which can be found here

The ‘concrete up lamp‘ used in the metamorfose really stole my heart! And while looking at this lamp in the webshop, I discovered they also sell the huge office lamp I have at my own home -in black in my kitchen and in white in my living- So for all who emailed me and are still on the look for it: here you can find it. For some older industrial pieces have a look at Twindustrial… Curious to see the loft and the metamorfose….. click on the picture below and enjoy
