A Dark and moody Hotel and Farm | La Granja Ibiza

Remember my Ibiza travel tips and ‘La Granja’ where we spent the evening around the pool, such a fairytale garden and place. These are pictures from the hotel rooms in the converted farmhouse which German design studio Dreimeta converted into a dark and moody hotel for Design Hotels.

La Granja Ibiza was founded on sustainable principles. Composting, mulching and an environmentally friendly approach to water management ensure the transport of important nutrients to the various garden parcels on the property. Old, terraced terraces have been reborn and are now home to more than 30 fruit and vegetable varieties, as well as various trees, including apple, nectarine, fig, almond and citrus. This is the basis for the restaurant concept “Farm to Plate.” We only had a cocktail and I would love to come back for dinner… and a night in this beautiful hotel.
