If you, just like me, love a bit of roughness, soft curves and ceramic objects in your daily styling you will love to get to know the work of Anna Jukova. An interior ceramic artist from Russia. She studied art history and with an interest in ceramics since she was a child, she tried to find her own creative path.
Presenting her first works in 2020. She already exhibited in Moscow and Milan in 2021. Her vases are used as decoration in interiors published in AD and ELLE Decoration magazines. And presented in interior showrooms in Moscow, St. Petersburg and her native Nizhny Novgorod.
Shapes and lines
Anna: “Shape and lines are always a priority for me. So the essential properties of my ceramics are neutral, natural colours, shades and textures. Which do not distract from the geometry of a vase, but enrich it with new physical features. In her work she is always searching for rhythmic and architectural forms, which she says, can give objects both internal dynamics and a sense of balance and harmony”
