After designing the Linie store a few years ago, N After designing the Linie store a few years ago, Norm Architects collaborated into the development of the Woven Matter collection together with Head of Design, Urd Moll Gundermann.

Norm Architects approached the design phase much like they do with their architectural and interior projects focussing on atmosphere, emotion, and materiality.

Presented by Linie Design and Karimoku Case, this year’s exhibition Echoes of Texture, curated by stylist Pernille Vest, shows how materials can feel and look by combining Japanese minimalism with Nordic craftsmanship. @normarchitects @liniedesign @pernille.vest @karimokucase @engstromagesenceramics #3daysofdesign #3daysofdesign2025 #rug
Rick Owens at Oliver Gustav 🖤 After missing out Rick Owens at Oliver Gustav 🖤 After missing out last year visiting Oliver Gustav, I was so pleased to be able to visit the studio again when I was in Copenhagen last week.

It turned out that a beautiful exhibition and collaboration between @studioolivergustav and Michèle Lamy @lalamichmich with @rickowensonline furniture among others had just being staged by Michèle and Oliver.

If you read my blog for some time you will understand this was definitely the best of both worlds for me 🖤

Seeing the many Rick Owens furniture pieces of which the larger ones I had only seen online in the beautiful space of Oliver Gustav was just amazing.

The exhibition at Studio Oliver Gustav’s neoclassical museum building from 1920 offered a striking backdrop for the presentation that brought together the visionary artistry of Michèle Lamy and Oliver Gustav, framing the sculptural works of Rick Owens furniture and contributions from @scarlettrouge @giovannileonardobassan @kaare.golles and @rrosengaard Thank you for the warm welcome @olivergustavprivat 🖤 #rickowens #scarletrouge #olivergustav #michelelamy #matersmatter #rickowensfurniture

Last week I was in Italy where I discovered the fa Last week I was in Italy where I discovered the fascinating world behind the making of our toilets at the Catalano factory.

Raffaele Ceccarelli, chief production engineer at Catalano, guided us through the different stages with great enthusiasm. From the warehouse where literally mountains of clay imported from all over the world were stored… did you ever realized raw materials such as clay and kaolin form the basis of our bathroom sanitaryware?! To the lab where research is done, and the full production process by robots, craftsman and engineers.

Walking through the different stages of production, from shaping the clay to glazing and firing, I got to see the full process behind Catalano’s beautifully made sanitary-ware. Everything is created in house, with a strong focus on sustainability, precision, quality, and timeless design.

👉👉On the blog you can read and see more about my factory visit, and the world behind your bathroom! 👈👈

Thank you @ceramicacatalano @studioccrz for an inspiring two days, discovering the surroundings of Fabrica di Roma and the look behind the scenes. #FactoryVisit #Catalano #MadeInItaly #ItalianDesign #ad
