NEW ARTICLE online at vosgesparis.com 👉 At Alcova NEW ARTICLE online at vosgesparis.com 👉 At Alcova 2026, @studiolugo presented Resonance, a collection of limited-edition pieces that explores a more sculptural and experimental approach. With this series, the studio moves from polished precision toward a more experimental sculptural language, while remaining deeply connected to Istanbul’s historic production culture and its enduring relationship to craft.
👇⚒️
Visible traces of handwork, layered metal surfaces and intentional imperfections play an important role in the collection, reflecting the studio’s focus on materiality and process.

Rather than concealing joints, welds and surface reactions, Resonance keeps them visible, allowing the making of each piece to remain part of its final expression. The works are built through layered metal structures and process-led interventions, where irregularities and material behavior are embraced as part of the design.

Each object is shaped by heat, material response and hand-guided decisions, carrying traces of time and making. @alcova.milano @telamor @vosgesparis

At Ethnicraft, we visited the new showroom extensi At Ethnicraft, we visited the new showroom extension which I had not seen yet. The space features seven fully curated themed apartments, designed as real residential and hospitality projects.

I have always loved this way of showing collections where each space tells its own story, bringing the collections to life in imagined interiors. My favourite must have been the ‘Collectors apartment’ with the picture wall and ofcourse I felt at home in the huge kitchen of the Mediterranean appartment 🤍 ad @antwerpdesignweek @ethnicraft #adw26

I love to show you design, but what I love even more is discovering and sharing the story behind it. Today it is the story of Design Brut | Galerie Philia & Kids, a project developed from children’s drawings.

The project started in Breil-sur-Roya, where children were invited to imagine new furniture designs from the ground up. Guided by international designers, they moved through the entire creative process, from initial ideas and sketches to the physical realization of their concepts, developing their own interpretations of sculptural forms.

Their sketches were transformed into objects carved in local olive wood by Studio BehaghelFoiny together with a regional cabinetmaker.
👉👉 Watch the beautiful documentary and discover how the sketches were brought to life on vosgesparis 👈👈 @galerie.philia @behaghelfoiny
