New Dutch cuisine at Amsterdam restaurant 101 Gowrie

Occasionally you will find some news from my hometown on the blog and on Amsterdam Next and today I love to show you these pictures from  new to open restaurant 101 Gowrie. 101 Gowrie is the home address where Alex Haupt grew up in Australia and the name of his new to open restaurant at the Amsterdam Pijp Area. The food at 101 Gowrie can be defined as New Dutch Cuisine and the pictures are looking really promising. 

101 Gowrie embraces the traditions, local produce and history of the Netherlands by using Dutch products and taking inspiration from the food history and culture of the country to create their menu. The wines served are imported from all over the world, including some exclusive Australian wines that will only be available at 101 Gowrie. All wines are made by small producers who work with respect for the environment, minimal intervention and mainly by hand. (open from Tuesday the 27th of November 2018 at Govert Flinckstraat 326)
