Everyone has an opinion about Milan Design Week, b Everyone has an opinion about Milan Design Week, but what if the problem isn’t Milan, but how we move through it?
On vosgesparis I share how I’ve learned to approach it by choosing, rather than trying to see it all. After 15 years of visiting Milan Design Week, I realise more and more that my role is not to follow the noise, but to stay close to what I genuinely see and feel. That distance between observation and reaction is perhaps what defines vosgesparis.

On vosgesparis I share how I’ve learned to approach it by choosing, rather than trying to see it all.

After 15 years of visiting Milan Design Week, I realise more and more that my role is not to follow the noise, but to stay close to what I genuinely see and feel. That distance between observation and reaction is perhaps also what defines vosgesparis. 👉 Full article on vosgesparis.com including a look back to the salone of 2012 and now #mdw2026 #@fuorisalone @venturaprojects @tortonadesignweek @via_tortona_
NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 It was goo NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 It was good to be a bit out of the buzz, the queues and just enjoy beautiful pieces at @solidified_fuorisalone An initiative of Connecting the Dots (Amsterdam) lead by  @d.m.heldt co founder of @glue.amsterdam and Dutch designer and organising Curator @sannekaal

It reminded me of previous editions of the Salone, when we still went to Lambrata and last years Good Selection which I really enjoyed.

Also worth mentioning SOLIDIFIED was presented as an independent initiative, without the involvement of sponsors or larger institutional partners, keeping the focus on the work and the collective presentation!

👉👉 Coming back from Milan there was a lot of negativity online. I am a positive and optimistic person and I found it difficult to deal with so much complaining and bitterness seen online afterwards. I almost started to doubt my happy feelings and my own experience. Critics came from far away and from people I had never seen talking about Milan in the first place. From people who maybe visited once or twice in the last decade.

I was therefore very happy to read the article by my friend Elisabetta @trendbark ‘Milan on the Ground vs. Milan on the Feed Same week, two completely different tastes’ In which she described exactly how I felt! Just like her, after many years of coming to Milan, ust like her, after many years of coming to Milan. I know how to move around Milan, stay true to myself, choose what I truly love, and I am happy to ignore what isn’t worth my time. I know why I return to Milan year after year and why I’ll be back again next year again! 🖤 #mdw2026
