On my last day in Paris just before catching the t On my last day in Paris just before catching the train back to Amsterdam, I visited a few exhibitions that were still on my list, and I really loved *One of A Room*, curated by āsār Studio. A curated space where collected objects, vintage furniture and contemporary works unfolded as the intimate interior of an imaginary collector.

I have always loved when a home-like setting is created to display the various works; it feels more alive, and it aligns better with my personal taste and style when different pieces are a naturally combination much like how you might arrange them at home. While an object on a pedestal can be stunning, exhibitions like this offer more inspiration. I saw various people posting about it on Instagram with comments like “I could live here.”

Invited talents, vintage furniture dealers, artists and designers for this project :

NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 No need to NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 No need to tell you I fell in love with Naples when visiting the city last year for EDIT Napoli. From 9 to 11 October 2026 EDIT Napoli returns to ‘La Santissima’ for its eighth edition where it will host around 80 Italian and international exhibitors alongside new exhibition formats and a programme spread between La Santissima and the Chiaia district, where historic Palazzi will become the setting for EDIT CULT projects.

With its campaign “Where Design Shapes,” EDIT Napoli focuses on projects and how they take shape, looking at the people, processes, materials, skills and independent ideas behind it. The fair brings together emerging designers, authors, architects and small independent producers. 👉 More on my website 🫶 @edit.napoli @visitnaplesofficial @lasantissima_communityhub @we_chiaia @ale__mu #francesco_stelitano
NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 Travelling NEW ARTICLE ONLINE at vosgesparis.com 👉 Travelling virtually back to a sunny Paris and Paris Design Week ☀️ Just as I did in Milan last spring, I’ve let go of the illusion that I’ll actually manage to see everything on my list. There were a few places I definitely wanted to visit, and a number of galleries in Saint-Germain were on my itinerary as well.

Unfortunately, it turned out that all the galleries were closed on Sunday, something neither I nor many others could quite understand. With an international design crowd in town for Paris Design Week and Maison & Objet, you would expect at least some of them to be open over the weekend.

Fortunately, there was more to see than just the smaller galleries. One of the places high on my list was the new Saint Laurent flagship store and its café on Avenue Montaigne.

Housed in a former embassy building, the store covers three floors and combines the Saint Laurent collections with art, vintage furniture and design pieces. The café had a great vibe and relaxed atmosphere which I Ioved ✨ Read the full story on my website 🫶
